Warranty Policy

TUBSAFE strives to deliver the highest quality, most reliable walk-in tub on the market. In the event you experience problems, our warranty is here to protect your interests. Please don’t hesitate to call about any issue covered by your warranty. Our goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, so you can continue to enjoy the benefits of your walk-in tub. This warranty shall not apply to any failure resulting from improper installation, negligence, abuse, misuse, misapplication, alteration or modification, or improper maintenance.
